Democratic Socialist projected to win Florida primary!

I am beside myself. I have stayed in this state for stability for my daughter who graduates next year, and this win is giving me much needed hope, that I haven’t had in a long time.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Angie at Pride fests and protests, and she’s really working hard for the people. I know it’s still a long road ahead, but this is giving me so much renewed hope for my home and the future of this state that republicans have torn apart.

Potential future collab? (Wishful thinking probably)

Noticed that Hayley has liked a few of Michelle Branch’s recent IG posts promoting her new EP featuring re-imagined songs with collaborators. I saw one snippet where Michelle mentioned one of the collaborators singing one of her songs better than she did, and immediately Hayley popped in my head - probably wishful thinking.

But imagining Hayley covering Are you happy now? 🤯🤯🤯 My 90s kid heart would absolutely explode. In all reality, I’m sure Hayley just loves Michelle’s work as much as I do, but it’s fun to imagine a collab!

35F SE U.S. Chapstick Lesbian: looking for connection

Introverted career-oriented queer woman looking to build genuine connections and relationships, especially in the LGBTQ+ community. I enjoy being home listening to records, playing video games, reading, and spending time with my (teenage) daughter, as well as getting outside, hitting a trail or beach, showing up to protests and community events alike.

Deep meaningful conversations that last 20 minutes once a week mean a lot more to me than shallow daily communication. I thrive independently, but crave intimate connections platonically and emotionally. Small talk is nice from time to time, but really enjoy conversing with people who have emotional intelligence and depth.

I am currently located in southeastern US, near the Florida/Georgia border and will be here for a couple more years until my daughter graduates high school. Looking forward to the adventures to come when that time comes and open to long distance for now.
