How come there are still a lot of people claiming Mihawk's marine hunter history is why his bounty is so high?
Even though this panel literally stated his 3,599,000,000 bounty is fitting for the WSS, without any mention of being a Marine hunter as another factor.
Not to mention, Caribou had the same fame for hunting Marines yet his bounty is low.
