Je réfléchis à aménager un petit bureau indépendant de moins de 20 m², à proximité immédiate de Nation à Paris.
L’idée serait qu’il soit utilisé en rotation par 2 ou 3 personnes maximum, chacune ayant ses créneaux ou ses jours : freelances, consultants, télétravailleurs, indépendants… Pas un coworking, plutôt un vrai bureau solo, calme, où l’on est chez soi pendant quelques heures ou une journée.
Avant d’aller plus loin, je serais curieux de savoir :
1. Est-ce que ce type de formule existe ou intéresse des gens ?
2. Qu’est-ce qui ferait vraiment la différence dans un espace de moins de 20 m² ?
Par exemple :
bureau assis-debout ?
très bonne chaise ergonomique ?
grand écran 27/32” ou double écran ?
clavier / souris à disposition ?
fibre très rapide ?
climatisation ?
machine à café ?
petit canapé/fauteuil pour faire une pause ou lire ?
éclairage agréable plutôt qu’un néon de bureau ?
possibilité de laisser quelques affaires sur place ?
imprimante ?
autre chose auquel je ne pense pas ?
Et inversement, qu’est-ce qui vous paraît totalement inutile ?
L’objectif serait d’avoir un petit espace de travail vraiment agréable et bien équipé, plutôt qu’un poste parmi 50 dans un coworking.
Curieux d’avoir vos avis, y compris sur le prix qui vous semblerait raisonnable pour ce type de formule autour de Nation ou dans le 11ème proche métros.

Plusieurs questions :
- Est il possible de rattacher administrativement ce studio à notre résidence principale ?
- Si oui cela me permet-il de passer dans la location résidence principale à Paris sur AirBnB ?

One feature I’d really love to see on Trade Republic is a reverse DCA.
Today, we can invest automatically through recurring savings plans, but when it comes to selling, we have to do everything manually.
It would be great to have the option to automatically sell a fixed amount (or a fixed number of shares) at regular intervals, for free, just like a standard savings plan.
This would be very useful for:
Gradually taking profits without trying to time the market.
+ Reducing the emotional aspect of selling.
+ Exiting a position over several months or years in a disciplined way.
I think this would be a unique featur

A small request now that we have the Heatmap on the web version.
The Heatmap can already be applied to the Portfolio filter, but it currently displays companies based on their total market value.
It would be much more useful if the size of each company were proportional to its weight in our portfolio instead. That would provide a much more meaningful view of the portfolio allocation at a glance.
