Its! Literally! Almost! Summer!
I feel like I’m freezing unless I’m moving
It’s not fair
Why can’t I just be WARMMMMM
Plant in Monterey CA that looks like daises on a tree

I am looking to volunteer at some sort of nonprofit or project, preferably related to eating disorders and recovering.
I think it’s really important to give back to something bigger than you, and I want to be able to help others in a meaningful way.
Any ideas of orgs to reach out to?
Also, I’d love to hear if anyone has had some meaningful experiences volunteering in recovery!
All of the book lists I’ve seen leave some of my favorites out, or don’t include enough context, so I made my own.
My favorites are Famished, Does Every Woman Have an ED?, Sick Enough, HAES, and More Than a Body
The ones that I find to be controversial or problematic are Almost Anorexic, HAES (author), the Body Keeps the Score, and Life Without ED. All definitely have their merits but I’ve heard some criticism!
