inherited trombones ID

hey all, my uncle recently passed and my aunt gave his old trombones to me. She and my grandma claim he played them in the Baltimore Colts Marching Band. The two instruments themselves are in really great condition, with very little scratches or knicks. The only identifying markings I could find are the engravings both saying "King 3B Concert."

I am wondering if anyone here knows the make and value of these trombones, as I have little knowledge on band instruments (I play piano and bass).

Thank you

loss of appetite on hrt

title. i haven't seen many people talk about this. i've been DIY estrogen coming up on 5 months now, one thing i've noticed recently is my appetite is significantly smaller now. I still eat enough but i can't eat as much in one sitting as I could back in the day. i always have leftovers and I feel like a snack less throughout the day. has anyone else noticed this?

exploration is fun

i don't care what anybody says, exploration is ACTUALLY fun in this game. Todd was right, everything DOES work!

Touching down on a completely uninhabited planet in an unexplored star system is magical, bonus points if it has hella life (i'm looking at you schrödinger III).

it's so fun trying to 100% survey a planet and you come across something awesome. I was just exploring the wetlands of Katydid I-a and got hyped from finding rivers. RIVERS. I have a blast exploring new systems and i think those who ignore it are really missing out.

P.S. The addition of vehicles makes exploration so much better, the critics were right in that regard and i'm glad Bethesda listened

buddhist beliefs regarding spiritually/the metaphysical?

For context, I come from a heavily christian background, my aunt & uncle founded our church (originally Church Of God, now non-denom) and I grew up within it. However, I've never truly been a believer and i have always questioned it (i'm very logical and objective: i find it incredibly hard to believe in something I cannot see or hear).

I'm interested in learning more about buddhism, however, coming from a western christian background I'm interested in how buddhism handles the metaphysical. From my understanding, buddhists believe in rebirth, karma, enlightenment, etc. which certainly sounds to me to me meta-physical. Along with this, Buddhism denies a monotheistic "god", to my knowledge.

It's hard for me to wrap my head around it all, and could use some words of wisdom or resource on where to start. Thank you <3

companions in dialogue

one of my favorite new things about starfield that wasn't carried over from previous games is the companions interjecting in dialogue, and the other person ACKNOWLEDGING what they say. My biggest problem with companions in previous BGS games is that the companions felt disconnected from everything, that no one else sees them. Starfield killed it with this though. Whenever Barrett injecterjects in my conversation with some random bullshit, and the other party acknowledges what he said and responds, it's beautiful. Anyone else feel this way?

P.S.

I know companions in Fallout 4 said things in conversation, but they other party almost never responded, it felt like the companions isn't actually there
