In 2017, Dybex France released Silent Mobius: The Motion Picture 1 & 2 in an HD Remaster Blu-ray and DVD Combo set. No word yet on whether this is a new remaster or the same one. Hopefully, Discotek or AnimEigo will license it for a U.S. release in the future.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the film, and with the UK releasing the steelbook edition for the first time, it seems likely that a US reprint is on the way. This would be a great opportunity for anyone who missed the initial pressing to finally grab a copy.

It includes the same Steelbook with the film in 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD, along with the original 2-disc soundtrack, settings book, storyboard book, art cards, and a poster. It's limited to 1,000 copies, with this one being number 270. I love it so much that I ordered another one arriving soon.

I found a third-party seller on Amazon a couple of weeks ago who had the one copy of both steelbooks priced at around $30 each. They arrived separately but in excellent shape, just a few tears in the cellophane. I already own the complete series on Blu-ray, but I didn’t know Geneon released these steelbooks back in the late '00s. Each has four disc holders, with one DVD and a bonus disc. I plan to fill the empty holders with the four Blu-ray discs.

I just wanted to give a heads-up that the Arrow September lineup is currently listed for pre-order at 50% off on Barnes & Noble's website. I suspect this might be an error, as only titles released in August and currently in stock should apply for this months discount. On top of that, it looks like the extra 10% discount for premium members is also applicable to the new September releases!
