Lining too big and suit front heavy now

hello, I’m working on my third suit for a friend and i fear I made the lining too loose and not big enough. The front is slightly heavier so with the loose lining it sags significantly. How can I fix the lining being too big without redoing everything? It’s glued into the base and to the mouth lining. Should I try to add adjustable straps or a foam strip around the back for a closer fit to the head?

Replacing oil in bottom reservoir of Grist Mill (large)

Hi, I have a beautiful oil lamp I got a while back that has direly needed the oil in the reservoir replaced completely as it has aged and smells and is discolored. Am I fine to just open the bottom reservoir, dump the oil, then add new oil? It is the largest size grist mill. Thank you :)

Padding the inside of a TPU head? Also sizing questions!

Startin on my third head ever for a friend, first time working with a tpu base. I was wondering how I should go about padding the inside of this head. I’m thinking inbetween the eyes and maybe a bit on the forehead and cheeks? Also; her head is 23.5 in. I have a 24in mannequin head i’m working off of. How do I make sure this fits her properly? Thank you!

How to get out of a slump?

Hey guys! I wanted to hear everyone’s suggestions for getting out of a bad slump in this game. Feels like since the start of this season i’ve lost the majority of my games and I’m not looking to blame anyone but myself. I hit masters for the first time on support last season solo queue and i’m super proud of myself but now this season I am struggling tremendously! I love overwatch and I don’t wish for my enjoyment of this game to be solely based on whether I win or lose. Should I go back to quickplay for a bit? Try a different game? Just wondering what everyone does to keep themselves sane playing competitive. Thank you :)

Hey guys! I recently finished my second suit and am absolutely in love with her. However, one thing that’s been nagging at me in the back of my head is concerns about the durability and seam pops happening. I’m not exactly sure HOW durable a fursuit should be. Visually, I cannot see any threads, there is a small spot near the eye where you can see the foam if you squint. There are one or two places near the ears where you can see the tail ends of my knots i’ve tied. Is this normal?? I genuinely can’t tell. I really want her to last a long time but I can’t help but feel worried that my work won’t hold the test of time. Do any other makers have any tips for testing durability, figuring out what spots to keep an eye on, etc? Also apologies if this is a weird post. Thank you! aaa
