We'll be building new lineups for classic DC teams. The characters you choose NEEDN'T have been members before, in fact creativity is encouraged! Both newcomers and veterans are allowed.

Be creative! Don't just pick the classics and popular characters. Try to get a good balance of powers, genders and personalities. I'mma try to have the picks be free, but I might do themed days if the roster gets a bit too out of hand. If I consider a pick is creative/cool, I'll always prioritise it in ties.

If you want, explain your choices! It helps people decide why they should be added

Characters CANNOT be repeated in between teams. Choose wisely!

Characters can be currently dead or alive. This is comics, after all.

While I'm gonna try and not be too restrictive on that front, I'd maybe please request characters that are viable. So no multiverse shenanigans unless that's the theme of the team.

Each slot is one character. So if you sub say, Wonder Twins, those are two slots, not one.

For those unaware, these aren't teams: these are "assists" that, generally, would provide some kind of buff or change to the character's moveset. Less similar to MvC and more to MKX. The playable characters are the bigger ones, while the smaller ones are just assists that would mostly hang out in the background. For example:

- Boomerang would allow some of Spidey's webs to ricochet
- OBA would transform Hulk into Immortal Hulk automatically. Korg would give him armor on some attacks.
- Stick would allow Daredevil's sonar sense attack to be active for more frames
- Viper's assists would transform all of her assist attacks corresponding to that character into EX versions (think Zaheer or Captain Ginyu)
- Gwenpool Prime would boost all Gwenpool attacks relating to forth wall breaking
- Dr Doom's magic attacks would be buffed by his mom, his tech attacks by Von Bardas, and Valeria would buff both but less.
- The Void Knight would completely transform Silver Surfer's moveset into the Void Knight's
- Death Shield would buff Taskmaster's shield moves, Jagged Bow his arrow moves, and Blood Spider his general ability.
- Each principality would buff their corresponding spells in Clea's arsenal (for example, the Ruby Rings of Ragadorr or the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak)

Hope you enjoy!

I decided to throw all logic out the window and just chose my favorites per side. Roster size's a tad big but I was working with a template I didn't make, so since it was supposed to be unrealistic anyways I decided to roll with it. My general objective was to rep modern Marvel, with new takes and designs on some of the older veterans to make them feel fresh. Capcom is here too

Thoughts? Favorites? Any characters you don't know? Let me know! And remember that this isn't necessarily made to be realistic, just a showcase of characters I like.

PD: that is Comeback (Fred Myers/Boomerang), not Carnage. It looks like Carnage but it's not.

also thanks to u/GamingSceptile for the template!

Thanks for participating! I've been getting a bit of burnout and running out of ideas for teams I really wanted to do, so I decided to stop at 10 teams. I will be returning to do the same thing for DC at some point- when idk, maybe a couple of weeks or maybe a month. Depends on how busy I am. Cheers!
