¡Greetings, Explorer! Long time no seen, We have a good bunch of dangerous and powerful creatures here in the fictional world of Dex and its moon Miunim, some are totally out of the normal people's league... As part of the Defense Commission, our top priority is to explore the world and keep the balance of the ecosystem, but first of all, we will need good weaponry.

We're making a perfect fictional inventory: potions, weapons and vehicles, everything we could use to survive this wild world. Here's the rules:

- You could suggest any kind of armor from any media, video games (the most obvious), anime, books, movies or even real life.

- Here in the Defense Commission we do not judge your species, size or planet, so you could suggest armors that belong to other fictional creatures beside humans.

- The suggestion can not be an item that gives defense stats or a weapon, we already have those rosters.

- I would like to point that our last page will be about vehicles and transportation.

RULES:

This roster is about combining unrelated music to characters and seeing how that song represents their stories, characters, themes, etc. This means tracks like “Superman’s Theme,” by John Williams or “Batman’s Theme,” by Danny Elfman are ineligible
4. Group suggestions are allowed, but only for suggestions in which them solo just wouldn’t feel right. For example, I’m not gonna allow one song to represent the entire Justice League or Avengers, BUT, I think one song to represent groups like the Doom Patrol or the Fantastic Four makes sense
5. If a character has already won along with their respective song, that means both that character and that song is off limits. For example, if Superman wins with “Starman” you cannot then suggest “Superman - Mr. Blue Sky,” or, “Stargirl - Starman.”
6. The indie side is specifically only for indie comics and characters who originated from Indie comics

2. ⁠Match them for any reasons, whether vibes the character is similar to the pokemon, the character would fit someone who would use that pokemon (A farmer character with a farm animal based pokemon), the Pokemon is similar to their usual animal ally (Link with a Horse pokemon), Or even because the character is similar to another pokemon character with that pokemon as it's ace (A protagonist like Ash with Pikachu). No limits but, if you provide an explanation I'll upvote you.

3. ⁠There will be a Character for each fully evolved line plus the mascots Pikachu and Eevee (That's why the pokemon who fully evolve in another gen are left out)

4. ⁠Pokemon with multiple "power up forms" (Gigantamax, Mega-evolutions), Will have different trainers assigned to each one, including the first trainer chosen. (Which one that trainer is chosen for will also be decided in the future)

5. ⁠Only single characters, No multiple units or teams, singular entities that represent or are even made up of multiple people are fine.

6. ⁠Each character can only be used once.

Thanks for participating! I've been getting a bit of burnout and running out of ideas for teams I really wanted to do, so I decided to stop at 10 teams. I will be returning to do the same thing for DC at some point- when idk, maybe a couple of weeks or maybe a month. Depends on how busy I am. Cheers!

Well, this was certainly a close one for third place. Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man were pretty much locks, but in a very close one, Dig Dug's Taizo Hori made the third spot just ahead of Gilgamesh from Tower of Druaga. My prediction was right on this one, but let's see how well that holds up for this next one. Also I'm wondering how many people in the subreddits I repost this to will ask "Wait, why is Dig Dug allowed!? I thought it was only Pac-Man characters!"

Well, while I wait for that inevitability, let's focus on the next series: Xenoblade (with the new game announced, I can't call it Xenoblade Chronicles). Three games (technically four) in this young series that originally wasn't even supposed to leave Japan until Operation Rainfall happened, and yet it's now become as much of a staple of Nintendo's lineup as things like Fire Emblem and Donkey Kong. Let's see who from this RPG series is really feeling it.

As a reminder, the rules:

1. Only characters that originate from the games of the franchise for the day (in this case, Xenoblade. No, Xenogears and Xenosaga won't be included, those are different series that were made by MonolithSoft), but the characters don't have to have been playable in an official Smash Bros. game
