What's wrong with my Pebble 2?

I've replaced the screen and battery. The battery shows a charge on a meter. I've even tried charging it separately on a standalone li-on charger. It will eventually go back to the black screen Pebble logo if I keep it on the charger long enough.
I can also get it to show a finger pressing screen button for a second, if I hold in all the buttons.

Keep the WD SN5000 or swap Samsung 990 Pro?
Just got my G14. Came with a WD SN5000, but I have a Samsung 990 pro in my desktop, which I'm parting out. WD will be slower and cooler. Samsung hotter and faster. Should I swap or are these 990 pros too hot for a laptop?

Been on ATT Prepaid $240 annual plan for a while now. But lately it seems shittier. Been thinking about leaving. It's gonna renew in 4 days if I don't leave and I'll be stuck for another year. Where should I go?
