So our 3rd sem just started and now we have 30 hours of classes per week and it's already gonna be hectic and the teachers are not even lenient a bit. In every class they come on time and no teacher skips a class even if they have to, they send a substitute like even if they have to go for 5-10 minutes out of the class. They told us to make separate notebooks for each subject and maintain them and our maths prof told us that we have to make the notes properly cuz he's gonna check our notes( who tf checks notebook in 2nd year🥀) and give us marks. They strictly told us to keep our attendance above 75%, and they're very serious about it, they said that even 1-2% less will not be tolerated. Those students who where absent in first 1-2 classes were told to maintain their attendance or they'll be debarred.
Today we had our foundation course class(it's like NPTEL), it's like free period but the prof told us to sit in the class for one hour and do nothing then only we'll get the attendance.
They have ways to waste our time and aren't even supportive a bit. We're doomed ig.
If any senior is in the same department please share your experience like is it gonna be the same or the things will change.
I can't see my profile nor can see my inbox, it's empty always and I get logged out everyday randomly from the account how can I fix this.
The college is going to open in 15 days, but I haven't done my internship yet. I have an offer letter from Pinnacle or Codsoft, is it valid for the college? If anyone knows about the aids department, please tell me. Are there any other platforms through which I can apply? When will the college ask for a certificate?
I'm currently doing btech and completed my first year but I'm from a tier 3 college and my class 12th marks are also not good to sit for the on campus placements and off campus is very hard as I have heard. So I'm thinking of moving to japan for a job, as I have heard that getting a job there in IT is slightly easier if you have N2-N3 level. So my plan is to work there for 2-3 years to gain work experience and then come back to India again as with experience it will be easier to get job here in india ig. I have 3 years left so I'm asking rn so that I can learn their language well and work on my skills and I'm treating this as a plan B if I don't get a job even playing 3-4 lpa here.
So is it a good plan and please tell me what is the process of applying to japan for a job and how much they pay and how much harder it is. And ik their work life balance is shitty but for me it's better than being unemployed.
I'm seeing so many juniors who wants to know what branch they can get with their JEE percentile, so we guys can help them by writing our branch and percentile so that they can get an idea
