i would usually make this the day the album releases but i’ve been so busy with no time lol. here’s my ranking though feel free to drop yours too!
today i was trying to exchange my tickets and the bot told me to call a number which i did. i wanted to exchange my 100s seats for unreserved pit which i said multiple times throughout the transaction and the representative said so as well. everything seemed to be going well, it was a $10 fee for each ticket plus the price difference, which i was completely fine with paying.
i get off the call login to ticketmaster and see that i was given section 120? never did he say i was getting that section or did i say i wanted it. i call them back trying to resolve the issue and now they are telling me there are no floor tickets available? (it still shows lots on my end) . they are refusing a refund or refusing to give me better seats even though they were the ones who messed up? i need advice because i just spent $150 on seats i never wanted to be in .
I’m seeing BTS on day 1 in El Paso and me and my sisters really like to collect confetti from concerts. The problem is is that we are like row 55 so I don’t think it will even reach us 😭
This is a stretch but if anyone on floor or lower rows would be able to get some for us I would appreciate it forever!
