Hello everyone! If you have an Orion, it's cool to be a part of this growing fam, if you are thinking of one, I recommend it. I've noticed three common threads in the complaints I'm reading:

1- I'll cut to the chase since this is the one my idea is based around and you can ignore the rest if you like. A lot of people want some sort of hardware control system and are not pleased by having to fiddle with the app when they are trying to sleep. I think this is a fair complaint that's been addressed a bit by the app updates, but not completely solved. Why not have a $50-$100 dollar accessory that connects to the main unit via bluetooth that does this? Just a sexy little dial, or up and down buttons with a small LED screen? This seems very doable to me. I don't need it, but it would help those that do.

2- The software has been getting a lot of complaints. I get this. It's definitely improved, but it needs a lot more work. But I really do have faith, given how active they are with the community, that this will continue to get better.

3- There seem to be some hardware growing pains that I think the company should be more upfront about. I will say, from my experience, the company has easily the best customer service I've ever experienced. They do have a lot of problems with shipping (I don't actually think this is entirely their fault, but it's frustrating). I went through 3 towers before I got one that really did the job. The first one I got worked BEAUTIFULLY in terms of heating and cooling, BUT it continually had connection issues. So, after a lot of troubleshooting, they sent me a new one. The new one connected just fine, but did not heat or cool nearly as effectively as the original one did. After a bunch of data exchange and customer service, they replaced that one too. The final one is a keeper. Works beautifully. Is quiet. Amazing. I have no doubt that the company will make things right with people, but I think this should be addressed directly. I'm seeing lots of connection issues on here, and I don't want people to think this is anything but the great product it is. I just think there might have been some manufacturing faults or faulty parts in the first gen. Totally understandable, but keep us in the loop.

First of all, I'm SOOOO happy to see the amazing, hardworking coaches getting their livelihood back. No idea how much legal gymnastics had to happen to make this possible, but I'm glad Zuck relented. Please, please guys.....give us the capabilty of downloading a workout or two (obviously, I know there has to be a limit due to licensing). I'm frequently without great Wifi (I sometimes work on cruise ships), and if I could just bank a workout or two, you'd save me from treadmill drudgery.

Hey all! Long time Switch lover, brand new Switch 2 lover. I found one on FB Market for $300 and could not say no (of course, once I buy all the accessories it'll be WAY less of a bargain, but I got lucky). I just came to say, having tried all the weird dongles, etc to play with my original Switch and my Xreal Pros, don't sleep on this one: It's small, it's $35 bucks, and it fast-charges while you play. My mind is blown. Also, the Xreal AI 3D is pretty fantastic on most of the games I've tried it on including RE Requiem, Pragmata, and Mario Kart 8.
