BD card help!

I'm in the process of making a BD card for a Finnish friend, whose BD is on Wednesday, and I wonder what it should say.

Is "hyvää syntymäpäivää" or "onnittelut syntymäpäivänäsi" my best option, or should it say something else?

It could also contain some light teasing. He's turning 21, and I'm considering adding a joke about him getting old, since he's the one calling me "grandma" (I'm 32).

Matte top coat (first time)

First time using a matte top coat. Creme is Essie (Un)guilty Pleasuers and flakies are Essie Seperated Starlight+Identity Illusion. I don't know how I feel about the matte finish, but I just wanted to try something different.

Stretching septum but not ears?

Am I the only one who plans to stretch my septum, even though I'm not sure I necessarily want to stretch my ears, or at least not stretch my ears (much) larger than my septum? I would love to see pictures of people with stretched septums and non-stretched ears as inspo.
