Happy Birthday to my best friend, Atlas! I am stuck at work all day today, and am missing him terribly. He is the sweetest, goofiest, and biggest all around Goober I have ever known. He is my soul dog without a doubt.
It looks like I'll be using my grinder for seasoning. Location is southern Minnesota, USA.
I'm on PTO today and Atlas is very happy to get the whole day with Dad. When he gives me the look in pic 3, it makes it very hard to get up and do chores.
He is so needy and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Atlas never likes to sit for pictures but I think he knew the city put that X there just for him.
As you can see by the wounds 2 of us already have, this mission was off to a fantastic start. /s
I've moved past slightly and onto sorely vexed as this is the third time this has happened, with an oven I've had for two months. Luckily, I'm renting. However, the last time it happened, it took my landlord thirteen days to fix it after the part I ordered him was delivered. Toaster oven it is for now.
Edit to fix typos. I should also add that my mother passed away last year. This is my first Mother's Day without her, and these were her absolute favorite brownies.
You can't have any of my chicken because you are very allergic. But you can have some of my jasmine rice. (It's unseasoned, made in the instant pot).
