I have an original 1000 from new but I'd like to keep it stock, maybe just swapping out the screen later if I like the results on another.

Is an screen swap even available for 3000 or is the original screen good enough/similar to the new 1000 screens, or higher resolution?

Shell wise I see there are many ane here they can be not the best fit.

So which is best for mods and performance and any recommendations for where to buy parts here in the UK? Thinking Ebay?

I've been working on something with multiple materials and group nodes for them. I have things working well with various factor controls on one driving factors on a few other materials. It's fine for me to use but I'm hoping I could sell things as an add-on or content pack and seem to remember reading before that drivers are unreliable or frequently break. Is there any truth to this and what's the likelihood of someone opening the Blend file on their end and things not being linked?

I could bake them all separately, (3-4 diffuse, roughness, normal and IOR), but would it be ok to then add the images together with mix colour nodes into a BSDF, like a PBR? Or would it instead work if I selected the last mix shader node to back from, selecting diffuse to bake all diffuse at once for example?
