This is going to be controversial for Round 23. Instead of splitting into exact halves, I have decided to put the village of Beddgelert in yellow, with everything else in blue. I think this is the most efficient way of getting to an end result, as the alternative would be putting the town against mostly empty fields for several rounds. Now if the people want those fields to stay in, that decision can be made.

I'm also aware that the two pictures are slightly inconsistent with what is included - please consider anything outside of the second photo's yellow boundary to be blue.

There are a total of 64 communities (the lowest level of local government) in Gwynedd. Some people will notice that divides perfectly into 1 when halved. This round has 32 vs 32 communities, and each round will continue with an even amount on each side.

Round 11 was an absolute landslide, and Wales has been crowned as the best country in the world through the process of elimination. However, the show must go on.

A lot of people have asked how far this will go - I haven't planned that far ahead, however I feel like voting on two Welsh villages you have never heard of and have no way to distinguish may not be as exciting as people think, so it may be coming to a close soon.

Round 10 was absurdly close, for a while both sides had exactly the same amount of upvotes. However, at the time of posting this, the most upvoted grey comment has 101 votes whilst green has 92, so we're down to Wales and 6 counties of England.

Round 9 was close, but in the end Bedfordshire is at fault for the elimination of Eastern England/red. My most upvoted comment was also red, but just to clarify I am counting all comments that ask to remove a side when deciding what is top.

The next round was harder to decide on sides, but I have tried to make the sides make some geographical sense whilst having a balance of towns/cities and popular/unpopular. Thank you England's Worst County posts for helping with the second part. I am sure the split will lead to many unhappy people on both sides as always.
