Would you be interested in a book that combines neurobiology, psychology, hormones, stress, emotions, and how the brain interprets reality?

This isn't your typical "self-help" or spiritual story about positive thinking. It's more of an attempt to show what's really going on inside a person from the perspective of biology and brain mechanisms. It covers, among other things: - how chronic stress changes the functioning of the nervous system - why emotions influence decisions more than logic - how hormones and neurotransmitters influence relationships, motivation, and perception of the world - why people often don't understand their own reactions - how the environment, overstimulation, lack of sleep, and tension affect the psyche and body - how the brain filters reality and creates our "sense of truth." It also touches on consciousness, states of mind, intuition, and how much a human is a biological system that responds to stimuli, often without even realizing it. Perhaps the most interesting thing is that the more research I do, the more I see that many of the things people call "character," "energy," or "attraction" have real biological mechanisms in the brain. I notice every reaction I have. Is anyone here reading something like this?

Polish Ministry of Culture funded this sculpture called ‘Fence’ by Monika Sosnowska with 377,000 PLN. Displayed at Jan Kochanowski Museum in Czarnolas. What do you think about public funding for contemporary art?
