Hello everyone,

I attended an Emirates Assessment Day back in August 2025 and received an offer. My original DOJ was January 9, 2026. However, due to personal reasons, I had to postpone my DOJ. I communicated with HR back and forth via email, and my postponement was approved. They assured me that my offer would remain valid.

Recently, I contacted them to let them know that I am now ready to join the team. They informed me that since my application had been created over a year ago, my profile had expired, so I needed to create a new application. I completed the new application in May, and about a week ago I had a verification call to confirm my passport details. Since my citizenship has changed, I uploaded my new passport and updated all of my personal information through the link.

It's now been a week, and I can still only access the application login page, which continues to show "Application Under Review." My old onboarding portal has expired, and I haven't received a new onboarding portal yet. However, I was told that my DOJ is expected to be in August. (I need a one-month notice period).

Is this something I should be worried about? I haven't heard anything since the verification call, and the process was much faster and smoother the first time around. Has anyone been through a similar situation or experienced delays like this?

Hi guys. I applied the cabin crew position for EK last year in Aug and I got the offer, which my DOJ was supposed to be this year in January. However, I had to postpone my DOJ due to personal reasons. My portal has changed my DOJ to Aug this year also my profile has expired and I was told to create a new profile with a new email address. I did that and I received a call yesterday told me that a verification call will be done today. I have been waiting for their email or call but I haven’t received anything and it has been 45 minutes pasted to the arranged time. I emailed them and tried to call them but haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone experienced similar experience?

Hi everyone. I finally obtained my Canadian citizenship lately, and I have been wanting to apply for AC mainline. I worked on Emirates before moving to Canada and currently working on a smaller airline. I’d like to ask has anyone been waiting for AC mainline cabin crew hiring event? Any insights on that? As I see AC mainline has received some new airplanes and Rouge was hiring. I’m hoping after Rouge hiring then would be AC mainline. Feel free to comment below and if you have any internal news would be greatly appreciated, especially YYZ base. Thank you!
