Build concepts I would like to read others thoughts on.

For reference my current system is:

Ryzen 3600
RX 580 8Gb
32Gb Ram
Smaller SATA SSD + Larger SATA HDD

It's an old build that has been rebuilt after a power surge killed the motherboard and repaired a few times before that when various parts prematurely failed with no obvious reason ... so mostly functional but overdue for retirement from active use I suspect.

Given how things are I have come up with two example builds:

Option 1: Budget Focus.

Ryzen 5600x
9060xt 8Gb
16Gb Ram
8Tb SATA HDD

Approx 50% cheaper then the performance build below.

Option 2: Performance Focus.

Ryzen 9600x
9060xt 16Gb
32Gb Ram
8Tb SSD

Should be a noticeable bump in performance compared to current system.

Other notes:
Other software & parts not listed (Case, PSU, Etc) will be identical.
All new parts in case of AM4 build - Going to keep known good ones as spares.
Targeting 1080p High 60 and willing to adjust settings to achieve that.
I've checked video benchmarks which show both would be a good fit.
Typical use is a roughly 60/40 split between general use & Single player games.
Yes, I need that much storage as mobile data is best option available.
I would sooner not waste money on something I don't need.

So what wisdom on this specific subject does PCMR have to share with me ?

Three questions RE: Gigabyte B850I Aorus Motherboard

Seeing as I have not been able to get a clear answer myself I'm going to try asking here ...

Is the onboard audio limited to stereo or is it in fact surround sound capable ?

Given the fact the cheaper B520I can manage 7.1 according to official specifications I would expect the B850I should be able to match that.

Does it include any RGB ?

Is it possible to turn off any included RGB via the bios ?

Like the idea of a blackout build and found other parts that support that .

Lian Li A4H2O & Corsair NAUTILUS 240 RS Black

Looks like it should fit but the the pipes coming of the block are vertical instead of horizontal based on the pictures online - would that be a problem ?

Planned build:

AMD Ryzen 5 9600X
Gigabyte B650I AX MB
ASUS Dual Radeon RX 9060 XT (16GB)
Kingston FURY Beast 32GB (2x16GB)
Lexar 8TB SSD
CORSAIR SF Series SF750 750W
CORSAIR NAUTILUS 240 RS
Lian Li A4H2O

Still looking for my next bike.

Was thinking about getting an Ampdbros Ace X Pro for a while as the specifications are a good match but given the amount of negative attention in public and the fact it's the medias favorite scapegoat to roll out it's now demoted to a last ditch option

Next best one I have found as an Aventon Adventure 3 as it looks close enough to a normal bicycle to fly under the radar with decent specifications.

So what I'm looking for:

Available in Australia.

Maximum $5,000 AUD.

Don't care if its legal.

No throttle.

Not DIY.

High torque motor - ideally over 70 Nm.

Minimum 15 Ah battery.

Looks similar to a standard bicycle - dual triangle or step over frame.

Minimum weight limit of 150Kg - rider & cargo not including bike.

Must have a rear rack able to support 25 Kg and fenders - included or available within budget.

Rigid or hard tail with lockable front suspension.

26 inch to 29 inch wheel sizes - Plus or fat tires no problem.

Prefer road tread tires over knobbies.

Seven speed is plenty.

Serviceable parts.

Intended use:

Errands around town.

Casual rides for fun and/or exercise.
