Simple question. Has anyone used a tin of soup as the broth to cook noodles in?

Someone will probably drop in a give a culinary term for this action.

Ok, so I've got a tin of french onion soup and some 3 minute noodles. Do you think it would work?

You're at a bar, or job get together and the subject of previous employers has come up. And in the midst of the typical NOVA, Berlitz names have you thrown in the the fact that you worked for a now defunct company called Shitsu-tonka?

Just a funny situation.

Today the Grade 5/6 JTE was discussing the plan for the Grade 5 s today. She wanted me to introduce school subjects to the students.

I said great and pulled out my flashcards and said that would be easy, as I'd taught them to the Grade 4 s last week.

Her face froze and you could see little shakes as she sought to control herself. Then see said that that vocab was not supposed to be introduced until Grade 5.

In case you wondered, the Grade 4 s were doing "I like ....".
