Never scaled Takaba, don't know anything about her, so asking fans of both series for the answer.

How would Kenjaku fare if he was a Demonic cultivator? I mean he has all the qualities of an Evil MC, killing the chosen one in the crib and stuff.

What about Sukuna? He is really talented, doesn't have any weaknesses and wouldn't mind sacrificing anything.
