i've been trying to log into 2 of my accounts for a while now. they both show up in my account center but when i try to log in, they ask me to verify them using an old phone number that i don't have access to anymore and that i deleted from the account center. it does not give me any optioms to use my new number (should be connected) or my email.

i've tried many different ways including browser login and using other devices but nothing works and they keep sending me in loops. my password also seems to only be working half the time and the only help they offer is this stupid meta AI thing...

can anyone help me? i really need the accounts for my work :,)
