The guy I sparred only trained for a week and I’ve been training+ sparring a year. He landed a spinning backfist to my face and multiple punches on me. I didn’t land anything. I’m completely embarrassed by my performance. Is this normal? This happened two rounds. He doesn’t even know the difference between a jab or cross.
