Hey y’all. I’m trying to start a construction workers union down here in NC. Is that even possible?

So my wife and I are thinking about moving back to SA - we’re both construction professionals in the US but with the whole AI boom the country is taking a massive turn for the worse. It’s been 16 years since
I’ve been back - she’s US born and hasn’t been to SA. Could use some input. We’re aware salaries are lower but we hoping to find a more sane environment for our family.

So I desperately need help here.

I’ve been dealing with some serious burnout, albeit I do have cptsd and treatment resistant depression. This is the worst I’ve ever had a crash, it’s been almost 6 months since the wheels came off. My sleep is great, nutrition is not bad, I work outdoors so sun isn’t an issue, I’m on trt and that’s about it however I can’t seem to break out of the physical side of the burn out. I went from a competitive powerlifter to a complete burnout and it’s killing me…
