I resigned from the firm one week back and my manager expects me to come 4 days and not to take advantage of the fact that attendance is not being tracked in notice period. What can I do? If I don’t show what the worst can he do? I want to stay home and do my own work. Also I don’t have major dependency on the team or work basically I don’t have any work to handover but the manager is giving new work. Can I say no to new work?
