Rotisserie Chicken

Does anyone know if rotisserie chicken with the skin removed fits into the macros?

I am worried about the fat content (even without the skin).

Hair Loss?

I want to know what everyone's experience with hair loss is on PSMF (if any).

If you've run this diet, did you lose:

  • A lot of hair?
  • A bit of hair?
  • None at all?

I am super worried about hair thinning as I already have quite thin hair (it used to be very thick).

Can I get Criminally Charged For Sleeping In Car After Licence Suspension?

Ok this is a strange one but here we go. Seeing if anyone has some insight into this.

I received a 60-day licence suspension in the province of B.C. recently. My licence was suspended. After the 60 days I get my licence back along with my full driving privileges. As of now, though, I cannot legally drive a car in BC (or anywhere in Canada really since I do not have a valid licence at the moment). The stipulation to not operate a motor vehicle is specific to BC though.

My question is....if I slept a night in my vehicle (long story) and an officer saw, could that be considered in contempt of my suspension? Could it be argued that I am in "Care and Control"? In the same way that "sleeping if off" after a night at the bar in your car could get you a DUI charge?

I am NOT planning on driving the vehicle, moving it, or even turning it on for ANY reason. I am just wondering if even being inside it to nap between work trips (it is in a city in BC, and in a different city than I reside in BC) would get me in trouble specifically with regards to the licence suspension.

Thanks all!

▲ 31 r/Standup

I am not a standup comic and am not even funny really (lol). I have been listening to a comedy podcast recently and in the show the 2 hosts interview other standup comics. Some of the guests are super experienced and some are just up and coming. Age ranges are all over...as young as 16 up to early 60s. One common theme I noticed is that (most) of the comics they interview are extremely confident, even if they admit that they suffer from crazy anxiety. I noticed that it is very common for comics to experience anxiety/depression and not feel sure of themselves. Yet in interviews they come across as so confident (not cocky). As someone who is looking to fake confidence I am wondering how those of you that feel anxiety and have imposter syndrome do it?? Are there some tips and tricks specific to your industry?
