Small running bag??

Hi I have started running the last couple months and am starting to love it. My current long runs are around 5 miles but I’m going to work on extending this more.

I usually run with my dog (German Shepard mix) who has been loving it and I’m looking for a small bag to carry water and a collapsible bowl for her as we run longer or are doing places without passing a water fountain.

Hopefully this is allowed but yea im looking on amazon and just overwhelmed by all the options. Would like to spend under $50 and something really light weight to just carry like 1-2 plastic water bottles and a silicone bowl

My gym has a lot of classes without weight being a focus (Pilates, yoga, Zumba) and a could strength classes but I’ve noticed they tend to be with older people and really light weight.

I’ve been working with a personal trainer at the gym and it also feels really low intensity. I’ve only been working out about 6 months strength training and jogging.

I want the kind of workout that feels like WORK. I’ve seen people training for Hyrox and doing cross fit style stuff there on their own.

I’m not at a super high fitness level but what are some exercises I can start doing beyond traditional strength training that will build up that intensity or pace and eventually work towards something like that?

I asked my trainer and she said resting is important for weightlifting so I guess I’m not really sure what I’m asking for. I just want to feel like I’m working super hard the full hour I’m working out.

And I read the rules and hope this is allowed because googling hasn’t been super helpful or reliable.

Thank you so much in advance.
