People who are 40+, what is a "silent killer" habit that people in their 20s think is completely harmless, but is secretly setting them up to get absolutely destroyed in a decade?

Dating feels impossible

30M. I’ve always been a hopeless romantic, but lately I’m starting to lose hope that I’ll find my person. I’m looking for someone who is childfree (not AN, since that makes things even harder), but even meeting childfree women feels like searching for a needle in a haystack. And even if I do meet someone, I still have to meet their criteria (height, finances, etc.) and see if we’re actually compatible.

Sometimes there’s just no vibe for no clear reason. On top of that, I also need to fall for the person. The odds feel astronomically low. Meanwhile, every morning and evening without someone to cuddle, or without simple moments like going to the park and feeding birds together, feels overwhelmingly lonely. I just want to share life with someone and friends or hobbies just don't fill that void.

I know some people meet someone in their 40s or 50s, but the idea of waiting decades for a chance doesn’t really help.

I wish i had a flat stomach

I'm a skinny guy, I try to work out but my belly often bloats up like I'm a pregnant woman. Yeah I've tried FODMAPS and doctors and all that, just wanted to rant and see that I'm not the only one who looks ridiculous in shirts and t-shirts with belly sticking out like a beach ball.
