Will this cause problems?

So, we all know by now the customer delivery drivers hours are changing. There's no redundancy being offered and drivers are being told it's optional.

We've been told that if our hours want to remain as they are, then we will be moved to other areas of the store to work within our hours.

However, they can't cut the drivers pay... This is going to cause mayhem no? At least 10 or more drivers at our store are refusing to change availability, they've been told that they will work in the warehouse, tills, groceries ect.

How is this going to go down with the employees already in these areas on £2 an hour less?

Imagine grafting an 8 hour shift and 2 people doing the same thing are earning quite a bit more than you each paycheck.

How will this be sorted?

Arizer vapes

So, I have an Arizer vaporiser. Air Max to be specific.

My question is to anyone else that uses Arizer, does one bowl (0.15g - 0.2g) do the job for you?

I find I'm loading two stems at a time and vaping them back to back for 10 minutes each. About an hour to an hour and a half later, I'm ready to go again.

If I am to roll a J (0.5g - 0.6g) it seems to hit harder and last longer?

Am I doing something wrong? The herb is nicely browned off after vaping too.

Any tips or tricks? Dosing capsules to maybe make it easier?

Another annoying part of the Arizer is it does take a long session time. Are there any vapes out there, where you can heat it up, take like 3 big hits and your done? (Similar to a pipe I suppose)

Rust - the game that drains time

Basically, PC rust is a game that takes time to enjoy, a good weekend binge session max hours with mates.

I had a kid 4 months ago, I slowed right down playing during pregnancy and worked on the house ect. I dabbled in 3x 5x servers. Got bored quickly.

Recently fancied a gaming session, had a couple hours, hopped on 3x solo only. Pretty fun but not the same.

Question: What games have ex-Rust players been playing who are now busy and have only a couple of hours a week to game?

Dot Com Drivers

Hi all,

I'm a dotcom driver, my area today is to exceed 35 degrees. We have one van that operates without Aircon, my first question is, if I get unlucky enough to get it, I'll do my morning run but am gonna refuse to take it out this afternoon. Will that get me a let's talk? (I was Ian it yesterday at 28 degrees and melted)

My next question is, I'm also gonna refuse any third floor flats that require more than 2 trips with 25kg weight each trip. If it's more than that, I'll call the customer to help me, give them the option to help or collect shopping from the bottom, if they refuse I will not do it. Another let's talk coming?

Basic course

Hello,

I currently work at Tesco delivering the food. Was a HGV driver, 60 hour weeks. I quit to be with my son more, now I only work 38 hours a week.

I get Wednesday to Saturday off (apart from two 7-11pm shifts)

I feel that all this time gives me an opportunity, I'd like to be a barber. I'm not interested in suddenly quitting my job and going for it.

I'd like to train, cut some hair on the side and maybe over the course of a couple years, build up a client base and as I get busier, drop hours at Tesco.

The question is, when you Google it, there are 1000s of courses and they ain't cheap.

What's the best way to learn some basic barber skills? I would promote myself as a new barber and offer some free haircuts for kids in my area to further develop my skills. Plan then would to be hand out business cards if they like it to refer me and so on.

Like I said I'm not to arsed about it being a sudden money maker, I have patience and even if I 50/50 it with Tesco for as long as I need.

Cheers

Morning,

Coming back after a 6 month break from Medical cannabis, recently had a baby is the reason for the break.

I used to receive 20g of flower a month which was perfect for me in the dry herb, however now there's a child in the house I feel strange (although legal) have weed around (I'm probably overthinking it)

Anyway, I've decided to give the carts a go, I know resin/rosin is better but I've a budget of £100 a month unfortunately.

My question is, how should I approach these carts? 1 puff, 2, 3??? I've got an 850 THC and a 450/450 ratio.

Will be using the Gpen hydout at 2.8v and preheating first.

I joined this Reddit, so glad I did after seeing all the posts.

My baby must be an angel, 6 weeks old today. Has slept through from 10pm to 3am then up again at 7.30am. Every single night since 4 days old! Sometimes he'll sleep through 10 till 5am 🥰😍

Rarely cries, normally around feeding time after a nap if he does. In his wake windows, he's chill, plays, stares around and interacts.

Any fuss or overtiredness, my partner just straps him on with her sling and he's asleep within minutes.

Are we lucky or is he'll coming?
