Finally hit my GW

Finally hit my GW

I’ve been microdosing tirz since early January. today I weighed myself and was so happy I hit my GW (115lbs) I usually try not to weigh myself often cause it messes with my head but just knowing I finally made it makes me so happy. I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing. probably won’t go down to maintenance just yet. I love this medicine so much!! thanks for celebrating with me. idk who else to share this with other than you pocket pals

Luteal or new vial

So I just finished a vial of tirz + niacinamide from a different pharmacy. worked wonderful. last week started a new vial from a new pharmacy that I got from Gimme that I got shipped to me months ago.

this one has no additives.

i am also due for my period beginning of September so I’m in my luteal phase. after my injection like 24-48hrs after I have not felt any suppression I do feel the food noise quieted but I’m able to eat alot more than usual.

not sure if it’s my luteal phase and horomones to blame for this weird feeling or the new vial.

have you guys ever had that happen with starting a new vial from a different pharmacy?

Titrate up still?

titrated from 1.75 (which i was in for two months) to 1.95, immediately felt the suppression that I’ve been wanting but it’s almost toooo good. it’s been an exact week tomorrow since my last shot. I was before doing every 5 days but I decided to extend this 1.95 to 7 days since I just felt so suppressed. I only have about 9lbs to lose to goal and wondering if I should go back to 1.75 and just stick it out and focus on better habits? I like the suppression but wish I started at this when I first started not towards the end before maintenance

Feeling discouraged

started microdosing for inflammation/BED/lose 15 lbs that just wouldn’t come off. I’m 5’3 started at 133lbs in January. I am now 119lbs but don’t feel much different. could be body dysmmorphia.

while some clothes feel lose and baggy now others don’t feel much different? I got my summer clothes out from storage and was so excited to try them on to see the difference and honestly there wasn’t much difference? my bikini was actually kinda snug which was so discouraging.

I also have been feeling like I look the same in photos. like I’m not happy with what I see for how long I’ve been on the medication.

i will be honest I’m not prioritizing protein as much as I should I guess I mean I’m doing my best but still. I suffered in the past with food and eating that thankfully I’m recovering from and thanks to this medicine it’s helped so much with that relationship. but I feel if I really tried counting calories and macros it would help but I’m trying to get away from that as it makes me feel like how I felt in the past which was so stressful. the medicine is curbing my appetite and food noise and inflammation which is great but I guess I’m just not accepting of my body still. idk what I want to see to make me feel better. ❤️‍🩹
i do workout at the gym 3x a week and run and walk and Pilates often so I’m active and all that. idk I just feel like unsure what more to do. 😔

Over ate feeling guilty

what do you guys do when you feel the suppression but still kinda push the limits with food and over eat? I only did cause environment was fun and everyone was eating more i kinda felt obligated to do so? and now I’m suffering consequences of fullness and tummy pains. I know it’s not going to ruin my progress but I still feel guilty

When to start again

Long story short I’ve been microdosing tirz since January, started stacking with Reta at a very low dose four weeks ago. had back reaction of anxiety attack so stopped Reta and tirz completely (so far it’s been one full week without any shot) I plan to just stick to tirz but wondering when I should start my shots? should I wait till I see Reta completely out of my system based on Shotsy app? or just slowly reintroduce tirz at low dose

Should I go to Doctor

so for context I’ve been on tirz 1.5mg since January (titrated to this amount from .25) I added .5mg of Reta 4 weeks ago on top of tirz. I space them out a few days apart tirz on Wednesday Reta on Saturday.

this past week I experienced my first panic attack and felt the heart rate.

I am considering going to doctors/ER as it’s been awful. I feel so scared. am I over exaggerating and this will pass or should I consult?

if I do, do I tell them I’m on both tirz and reta? for context I am 34 F 119lbs was 133 when starting tirz. I don’t plan on losing more weight. I’m just scared of this feeling.

ive been on a microdose of Reta for 3 weeks so far

0.25 week one

and 0.50 week 2 and 3

this was the first week I noticed side effects. I had my 3rd shot yesterday AM.

slight nausea this morning that went away after eating breakfast

heart rate increase while I was on my walking pad after breakfast today, felt like I had just drank a huge coffee or sprinted, super weird but it went down after I stopped. and I wanted to ask if anyone had experienced night sweats on Reta? I had them these past two nights where I wake up so sweaty
