Lok Brass Grips
These with the fdez fat rod and plug give it a good amount of weight feels good! I enjoyed the oem grips but these definitely feel way better in the hand

Goal of 3k before the summer was up
Deal with a lot of chronic pain in the body issues with the t11, L4, L5, S1, some knee stuff partially torn acl so when I started swimming a year ago again for the first time since middle school started off with a lot of pull buoy not too much kicking have gradually started getting some strength in the knees back and have been setting some goals I know it’s not much compared to some of you beasts in this sub but I set a goal for 3k yds all freestyle no pull buoy by end of summer and for some reason my body felt good in the pool today and I decided to just get after it! I’ll take the small wins in life!

Fdez fat rod and plug
Received it a couple weeks ago and it didn’t work for some reason couldn’t even get the slide to rack sent them a message thru my account on their site they sent me a shipping label within the day. Just got it back today after 3-4 days and it works like butttttttter feels amazing definitely notice the difference, the spring isn’t kinked anymore like on the oem rod. Just got back from the range put 350 rounds thru it with the #8 oem spring no issues at all! Was a bit scared after hearing some people got ghosted via email but they were fast with the whole process! If anyone has any issues with theirs I’d suggest messaging them via your account messages!
