I want to evolve a soul, not craft, how do I tell it?

It's the right attunement and the right aspect, but with either of my skills that is attuned and offered fret (sky stories and the lantern one), it wants me to craft something instead. Here using rose, or with the lantern using the blue one (I forget the name). How can I pick to evolve and not craft? What am I missing? I tried adding the memory but it doesn't seem to change anything. Or will pushing "start" work the way I want? The left tooltip is kinda vague and the right one has a craft selected so I'm not sure which will apply. And if the upgrade works, does that mean I wouldn't have been able to craft if I wanted to? I'm very confused why the bottom just says "start" (start which?) rather than offering options or something.

Joined a book-embroidery trend, my first one!

Basically the idea is that for each book you finish reading, you embroider a small design on a sweater/hoodie. I started with Unseen Academicals as it's the one I'm reading right now but eventually I'll probably do them all.

I think I'll stick to books I've loved, not every book I read, but that will probably still include all of Discworld. I'm happy to take suggestions, I need to design small symbols that can represent a book (and hopefully aren't so vague that I won't remember which book years down the road).

Anyway it's nothing like the jacket I've seen but I'm still proud, it's my first embroidery on a piece of clothing ever!

Issue with someone ordering groceries with my late spouse's account

I needed to go into my late husband's email for an unrelated reason and there are lots of receipt for groceries with his account. I tried to go to the website but it has an error 16, probably because I'm in France (we moved here in 2020). I haven't been able to get access to all his bank accounts and stuff so I don't know how much is being charged, and it looks like it's been going for some time. Best case scenario someone is just using his number for the points and nothing is being charged anywhere, but I don't really know what to do.
Even trying to get the contact information I got blocked with the same message of a thread and error 16.

Any idea what number I can call that would deal with this kind of issue, and what their hours and time zone would be? Thanks!
