Funko pop is rolling out a new Total War Warhammer 40k line of figures - here's the tweet

Features Robute Gulliman as a figure alongside a Commissar, an Ultramarines Captain, an Ork Nob, and an Aeldari Ranger. Looks like he may be the second Space Marine LL alongside Calgar, who we have seen in gameplay images. Could just be generic 40k stuff but it is specifically licensed as Total War 40k.
