I was falsely banned Jan 30th. and here I am still banned. I have contacted everyone about it. AG, BBB, Senators, the Media etc. I also did legal shield. they received my demand letter Feb 17th. I got the copy and paste email everyone gets. it’s been almost 5 months now. I have emailed the person who responded to my demand letter several times. They do write back basically saying it’s in que for review and not much else! I will be sharing yesterday’s return email from Meta in this post and you folks can decide for yourselves what kinda bullcrap Meta is doing! They obviously know about about this!

If you remain in contemplation of litigation, please refer to my April 22 message. As a reminder, I am unable to accept service on Meta's behalf.

You have already provided all the information that is required for review, and the provision of new information will most likely not accelerate your timeline. I will apprise you of any update as it comes down the pipe.

I truely Believe this is a total excuse for Non Transparency and lack of customer service. And for them to not blame their AI For the false bans and admit their wrongdoing!

All this stuff about the same phone, same ip, is crap. As soon as I was falsely disabled I made another Instagram and Facebook. Yes it was denied with account integrity and I appealed and they gave me a new FB and Instagram. both new ones have been fine for months now! It’s not the same. I want my old account back. Obviously that isn’t gonna happen because they could care less! Meta seems like they can do whatever they want. They obviously make their own rules as if they are their own damn country!

back to the same phone, same ip mess. Yes I made the new one on the same phone, same internet, same ip address, etc. it’s been fine for months! Over these few months I will say that I have got a new phone because it was time for an upgrade so I did. We have got a new internet company because it was cheaper. So that means a new IP Etc. and Guess What?? I still can’t log into my old Facebook or Instagram. Or should I say I can log in, but it takes me straight to the disabled page! So Meta Can go F themselves.

Yes I have tried it all. The news, My AG, the BBB, My Senator, useless Meta verified, Legalshield(which I’m about to say is useless) I’m sick of trying. Until something serious is done about this instead of people just coming online to reddit I’m just gonna sit back and watch it unfold! Meta will have to answer to this one day! And I’m sure it’ll be sooner than later!

I'm sick and fucking tired of wondering why they disabled my damn account. The reason they gave was CSE. It was damn sure a false disablement. Fuck Meta, Fuck Instagram, and Fuck facebook. And Fuck the Laws of the United States that protect Big Business from doing what the hell they want to do with no repercussions. Trust me folks I have done everything I can in the last 91 days to get my account back and nothing has come of it.

I have contacted dumb ass Meta Verified, My attorney General In Virginia(they are worthless) Who can rely on a fucking democrat anyway to do their damn job)! I've contacted the BBB. Meta never responded to them. No surprise! I've contacted local representatives multiple times, no use they always have an answering service and no one gets back to you. I've contacted My senator in Virginia. They say they emailed on my behalf. Meta still hasn't responded to that either. I have contacted news stations. One of which reached out on my behalf. and nothing from that either. I've even called the White House and reported this crap to the Presidents advisor. And obviously NOTHING! I've contacted Legalshield and sent a demand letter. it was received Feb 17th. Got a return letter saying it was received. nothing since. I've responded to that Meta rep and all they can say is that its in queue and to be patient. Which I believe is ANOTHER EXCUSE!

At this point I give the fuck up! Unless someone sues Meta this is never going to get fixed. Or unless someone has some damn balls and starts a damn protest for real!!!! Meta knows what they are doing wrong! They know they are falsely accusing people. They know about this damn reddit page and they know about the Petion with over 60,000 signatures on it. and they Know their AI is bullshit. So fuck them! They just don't give a shit because of TOS and Article 230! They try and hide behind it. If they admitted it they would be liable for slander and defamation!

My account never did anything to do with CSE. Meta can rot for all I care anymore!

So last year VDOT came and paved the bumpy parts of Waterlick Rd and Did NOT pave What could have helped cut back on this traffic everyday. God forbid do something that makes sense. So VDOT PAVE the road starting at the guardrail to meet up to the pavement in front of the Shell station!!!

Why is there so much trash on the roads in this city and the outskirts? I swear it’s a dump! Noone respects a damn thing around here. Quit throwing shit out of your windows.

If it’s banned it’s gone! Theres obviously no way to get it back. Even with all the news stations, petitions, government agencies, politician, lawyers, demand letters etc. And I have tried em all! We have all been falsely accused of this bullshit and obviously no one cares enough to make a difference! Until Meta admits their mistake which they won’t because it will mean they are liable! We don’t stand a chance. Only way to fight this is a damn protest and National exposure but none will do that either. You are not going to win due to their TOS. Section 230. I will post the Lawyers letter here after I threatened them with a lawsuit! This is a letter after they have had my demand letter for 2 months with no review. So I sent another demand letter and gave them 10 days!

A legal action will not expedite the review of your matter and may result in delays. I would urge you not to incur the unnecessary time and expense of a meritless legal action. Nevertheless, should you choose to proceed, please note that I am unable to accept service on Meta’s behalf.
