How to find a competent specialist?

Hormone specialists have told me to my face that they wont treat me/test me for estrogen/give me estrogen, as along as I am mensurating/under 40.

Even though my hormone levels say that I am post menopausal (age 29, but hormone levels of a woman in her mid50s), that doesnt matter apparently.

SO I found a Naturopath for BHRT and its not working and their clinic isnt competent either.

Ive consulted with AI, and it looks like I might need to go over the border to mexico for treatment... Which may genuinely be easier than trying to navigate finding care in America.

Is it normal to feel like you cant think?

Ive dealt with autoimmune disease for a long time, and nobody every attempts to pinpoint what causes brain fog.

but I literally feel like I cant concentrate my thoughts. I just cant. If I ever attempted to go to college, Id fail.

Im still looking for competent treatment for POI, but if I get my hormones to optimal levels, will that make a difference. I heard someone say it did for them, but he was a man and his issue is testosterone.

What reddit subs are there where I can engage in casual conversation about 'serious subjects'

I found casualconversations sub, but it says

  • Rule 3: Stay Casual: Relationship, medical, and legal help/drama is too serious
  • Rule 5: Stay Positive: Please find better places to express sadness, hardship, and negative mental health

So if I post I could be breaking the rules. Any other subs? I dont want to ask people that are dealing with any of the same issues, I just want to ask redditers

NDPH after FOOD POISONING

I know there is a solution to this. Why cant I just take a probiotic or something.

I am willing to leave the country to seek treatment if anybody knows any solutions.
