Tibialis Anterior tenosynovitis! HELP!

I have a chronic case of tibialis anterior tenosynovitis along with plantar fasciitis. My effusion was ignored by my Orthopedics and it has gotten worse in last few months. Now they have chosen to immobile my ankle joint for inflammation and effusion to settle down but I'm skeptical about this as its day5 and I continuously feel sudden burning and pinching, stabbing pain in my ankle joint moving up to the shin bone. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this the right approach? Can you share tips?

My brother (20) has never done any skincare and now is in university looking for affordable options.

He has acne prone dry skin. He is only using SkinAqua rn which isn’t very affordable.

Kindly drop your product suggestions for treating acne for a beginner that falls under budget along with a good face-wash and moisturiser.
