Is this normal?

I hired a new 3PL recently and they take the original inner cartons of 6 units that come from my manufacturer in Europe and ship that same box on to my retailers. They never re pack. Is this normal protocol? My retailers are mentioning things are arriving damaged.

With that being said when they inbound these cartons from Europe, they scan the master case label to inbound quantities but they never actually open the box to count what’s inside. Is this also normal ?

It was planned because this stood out to me

She didn’t work that day. She had time to build a snow man. She didn’t even go to cvs to grab the MiraLAX and waited til night time which is so weird like I’d want to give something to my child asap if they’re having tummy troubles and need to poo!

Why couldn’t she cook dinner for her and Patrick or think about the dinner plan earlier? “It was a long and stressful day” so she wanted him to pick up take out . She was trying to get him out of the house all damn day I bet.

Center + Balance

I shamelessly go to a lot of Center + Balance classes to just use my credits up and take the easy way out . When I leave class, I often feel like I am wasting so much money. Using my credit value of around $50 to just go “stretch” and “get out of the house”

Does anyone else feel this way?
I was just thinking maybe these classes should cost less , be valued at less of a full credit..

Located in NYC so each class is about $50 after tax!

Cancelling within 12 hours- what’s the point?

I personally think the 12 hour cancelation policy is BOGUS- and you can downvote me all you want. 12 hours is too far out and it should be more like 2-4 hours max. It’s also not fair that a studio can cancel on you anytime they want ( they’ve cancelled on me literally 10 minutes before once at like 6:20 am and other times within the hour) but you can only cancel on them 12 hours out.

Anyway, why would anyone actually cancel within the 12 hour window on the app if they can’t get their class back? To help a neighbor on a waitlist? I’ve decided I’m not going to cancel ever again within the 12 hour window, I just won’t show up. If I cancel, the studio benefits by getting someone else in- hey, they have 12 hours after all to fill that spot! But if I cancel.. I get nothing in return. I’ll let the reformer sit empty.

Window guards in coop

I live in a coop and really need window guards for my toddler asap The problem is my windows are the big ones (benra) that either can fully open or can tilt .. so traditional window grates don’t work on these. The window manufacture wants to charge $800 for 2 stoppers ( for 2 windows) so if you were to open the window it can only open like an inch instead of all the way. I asked my building management if they can install them at least so I can save on the labor, or if they had any other solution, and they don’t. Of course I will pay whatever it takes to keep my baby safe from opening this and plunging 40 stories , but do I have any rights to get this done for me? I know they send out things in the mail asking if there are small children and if window guards are needed. Curious if and when I got one and filled it out what the city / building would do ? Is it fully on me as the coop owner? What if I was in a rental? Just curious because thinking of moving
