I have never had this pen bleed on my hands in that area and the pen is not cracked either. There is no impact on functionality and writes wonderfully. No box.

Got this second hand. The writing experience is superb with mild feedback. However, please take note of the scratches on this pen. No cracks, but there is wear on this on the plastic specifically. I have a box for it as well. Additionally I have a video showing every mark on the plastic. There are 0 chips or damage to the beautiful design either.

I have a new manager as of August 1st due to reorg. I just emailed them about time off I had approved by my previous manager end of this month for a week and in November. I’m away three weeks in November, I should add. My team handles pretty independent work. I have always made sure my work is completed long before I leave, with reference emails sent out to all in case of hiccups, or I will have whatever is left covered kindly by a peer. I don’t take long vacations often at all and have been saving my days. I entered my time off request in May for both vacations. Tickets and hotels have been booked since.
I sent the vacation days over so they were aware and I received an email in response that he will need to get back to me regarding bandwidth and if it’s possible. Said they need to get back to me.
I have over 250 hours of vacation time, so it’s not regarding going into a negative balance. However, I’m nervous since it is “new management.” Could be overthinking, but just curious if taking back vacation days approved in Workday for example, is allowed by HR.
