I'm talking moving backgrounds, extras menu, full customizability, what is the most flexible software? and of course the content I'd be doing this to ISN'T pirated (just being clear so people know i'm not breaking that rule)

anyone know if someone ever archived them? I feel like they were good (at least back when I watched them) but she took them down, and I was wondering if someone has them, or knows where to find them?
So I know someone who is very averse to the gamecube controller, but they said if they had a normal looking controller they'd play, to the point where they played soul caliber 2 with the DK bongos instead, so I was curious if anyone knew anywhere that would make a gamecube compatible controller, but it would look like a normal controller, say for instance the switch pro controller
