My background check keeps getting delayed. It has been about a month and a half. Has this happened to anyone else?

I’m currently going through my background check. Should clear this week. From what I thought, this was an easy pick up shifts when I need them like DoorDash or uber. But some of posts on here make me feel otherwise. What am I missing?

Question
I have a full tank of propane, sometimes my grill doesn’t get as hot as it should. I checked and the flames were sputtering. Any fix to this?

Stuck On Secondary
Hey guys, I recently have had an issue where all of my letter and dpad buttons are stuck doing secondary commands. I have done a full reset, mapped, unmapped, checked for all of my updates and still nothing. I contacted ASUS and they want me to send my XAX in. This will be the second time, the first time being from fall damage that was my fault. I really don't want to send it in and lose another month with my XAX. Has anyone else seen this and been able to fix it?
