X Account restored last month (the method I used)
After writing 4 appeals over 4 weeks on April 26th, I finally got my account back. Honestly don’t know why it was banned in the first place. They say inauthentic behaviours but I remember my account being flagged one time after liking a couple of posts or maybe the ban was due to me repeating hashtags and certain promo phrases. To be honest X is completely broken. The ban wasn’t ideal too because it paused my short stories business which meant I couldn’t promote or produce anymore content. Anyone who is currently banned these are the following 4 appeals I sent (+1 email):
I don't like using Ai to write AT ALL but in this case, since X was taking the absolute piss I decided to generate some responses via grok.
My first appeal:
Dear X Support,
I am writing to appeal the suspension of my account @ for inauthentic behaviours. I believe this was an error, as I was not intentionally violating X’s rules and did not engage in any automation, spam, platform manipulation, or deceptive practices.
My account focused on sharing short stories content. Every post was created and uploaded manually by me with no bots, scripts, or 3rd party tools.
I made sure to look and review X’s authenticity policy (including sections on platform manipulation & Spam and manipulated media) and now fully understand the importance of avoiding any behaviour that could appear inauthentic. If any of my posts or activity were flagged in error, I sincerely apologize and assure you that I will strictly follow all X rules moving forward, including proper content labelling and avoiding any repetitive or automated looking activity.
I kindly request a manual review of my account and reinstatement. I value the platform and want to continue contributing positively as a fully compliant user.
Thanks for reading my appeal. I am happy to provide any additional information or screenshots if needed.
Best regards,

2nd appeal:
Dear X Support,
I am writing to follow up on my appeal for the suspension of my account @ for violating rules against inauthentic behaviours.
I believe this may have been an error. Every post was created and uploaded manually by me with no bots, scripts, or 3rd party tools.
I respectfully request a manual review and clarification on what specific activity was flagged so I can ensure full compliance going forward. I value X and want to continue as a compliant user.
Thank you for your time. I am happy to provide any additional details or screenshots if needed.

3rd Appeal:
Dear X Support,
I am writing to respectfully appeal the suspension of my X account (@) for alleged inauthentic behaviour. I believe this suspension may be the result of a misunderstanding or an automated action. I would like to clarify that I have always intended to use my account in a genuine and authentic manner. I do not engage in spam, automation, coordinated manipulation, or any activity designed to mislead or violate X's rules. If any of my recent actions were interpreted as inauthentic, I sincerely apologize. This was not intentional, and I am fully willing to adjust my behaviour to ensure full compliance with X's policies going forward. I value this platform and use it to engage legitimately with content and communities that matter to me. I kindly ask that you review my account again and consider restoring access. Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide or steps I should take to resolve this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration. appreciate the work you do to keep the platform safe and trustworthy.
Kind regards,

4th appeal
Dear X support,
This is my 4th appeal. I am a human who loves contributing to the X platform. I am not a bot. I literally only write short stories. I believe I have not broken any X violations. You sent me an email 2 days ago stating "you can resolve the violations by logging into your account and completing the on screen instructions." and when I go onto my account there are no on screen instructions? This is confusing. I kindly ask for you to review my account again. Thanks for reading my appeal.

4th appeal emailed to access-support@x.com :
Dear X support,
This is my 4th appeal that I am writing to you. I am a human who loves contributing to the X platform. I am not a bot. Like I said in prior appeals I only use X to share my short story content. I believe I have not broken any X violations. You sent me an email 2 days ago stating "you can resolve the violations by logging into your account and completing the on screen instructions." and when I go onto my account there are no on screen instructions? This is confusing. I kindly ask for you to review my account again. Thanks for taking the time to read my appeal.

So pretty much the timeline was the first 2 appeals I sent I got no response. Then on my 3rd appeal, I got the useless response of “you can resolve the violations by logging into your account and completing the on screen instructions.” When I went on my account then, there were no on screen instructions and my account was still banned.
And then I did my 4th appeal. For this one I went through the normal appeal process but I also sent an email to access-support@x.com . Then 3 days later I got a response saying my account was unbanned 🎉
I think the content in which I wrote wasn’t the defining factor of being banned but rather the persistence at which you appeal (although I am aware that some of you have appealed 10+ times and your account is still banned so it may be down to luck) A true bot account wouldn’t be writing appeal after appeal but a human would. Hopefully this helps someone currently facing this arduous situation 👍🏾
Added note: As an added precaution I now don’t promote as aggressively and don’t mention my group in the post captions. I also do not like or retweet any X posts.
