21F diagnosed w/ arthritis.. they didn't say which kind

I have arthritis at 21... currently 22.. and I am just wondering what I can do to help this not progress super rapidly. I am actively working on not hyperextending.. but other than that.. what really helps? I cant take nsaids.. but i do have a topical one that I use on bad days.. but this pain is off and on but is now happening daily. And in my toes too.. which the docs dont know about yet. I still run, walk, everything.. im not going to let this slow me. But I recently hurt my back, a muscle thing, and after seeing how bad chronic pain can get.. I need help keeping the arthritis under control. Are there certain activities that we know for sure cause arthritis? And how does squeezing clay help me? Its just all so much, well not really but I just dont know where to start.

Vomiting every time I eat sun-dried tomatoes

Hi! I vomit literally every time I eat sun-dried tomatoes.. after 30 min to an hour usually. (Edit: Half the time I do end up throwing up halfway through the meal.) Today I woke up and vomited.. after having them last night.. so its not always right away. Ive worked at an allergy clinic before, and there I tested myself for tomato and I am not allergic in the slightest. What other things should I test for allergy-wise in sun-dried tomatoes.. or could this be something else?

Ok edit 2: so Ive told my mom before I vomit every time with sundried tomatoes. She still uses them, I dont get it. But I just realized.. shes been using them the past couple weeks.. and thats also when Ive gotten a really bad dyshidrotic eczema flare.. which honestly I havent yet figured out the cause of yet. Maybe related?

Hi! 22 F here! I just in the past year especially sometimes when stressed I breathe in like 2 times sharply without doing it on purpose, and sometimes almost think I can feel my heart flutter.. could totally be in my head -- but with these ecgs.. does anything look off??

Im so sorry title was supposed to be afib/high hr.. and I keep feeling winded after shorter runs which is weird for me.. but honestly could all be just unrelated
