  • 21 new shops across the U.S. joined Azuki TCG organized play.
  • Azuki HQ in LA hosted a 66-player local.
  • The Gate opened submissions for community-created deck guides, strategy, tournament reports, and collecting content.
  • The first Portrait Rare yin yang swirl and PSA 10 Shao PR revealed.

This Week in Azuki TCG: New Distribution, Store Growth, App Updates and More

It was a busy week for the Azuki TCG community (07/20/26):

  • Azuki TCG welcomed XYAB as its newest distribution partner, expanding access for shops looking to carry the game.
  • The Azuki TCG app received a major update, adding a deck builder alongside event discovery, registration management and tournament decklist submission.
  • Garden Arena regional seat capacity expanded to meet player demand.
  • More than a dozen new shops ran organized tournaments this week.
  • The Azuki TCG Community Discord added another 400 players.
  • The number of active Azuki TCG stores has doubled since the Set 01 launch.
  • More than 1,000 games were played through organized events.
  • Exclusive full-art Ed and Rei cards were revealed for players who complete the Azuki TCG Judge Program.
  • Two new Serial Mizuki cards were discovered in Alpha Starter Boxes.

A lot happened across Azuki TCG this week (07/13/26):

  • Garden Arena Regional at CoreTCG registration sold out, with all 256 seats claimed in 30 minutes.
  • Azuki TCG will be at Southeast Game Exchange from July 18–20 in Greenville, South Carolina, with demos, learn-to-play sessions, prizes and special products.
  • The Azuki TCG app received several upgrades, including location and time filters to help players find games nearby.
  • The Azuki TCG Community Discord has added 700 new players since the Set 01 launch.
  • Azuki HQ in LA and NYC hosted packed weekly locals, with LA welcoming more than 60 players this week.
  • Local gameplay continues to grow, with more than 1,000 games played through organized events across the country this week.
  • RWT Collective held a 40-player local and CoreTCG hosted a 50-player double case tournament, ProjectCCG is hosting a 3v3 case tournament on July 18
  • Pvramid released its Anime Expo Azuki TCG field cloth inventory online.
  • TheGateIKZ reached more than 6,000 deck views this week.

Azuki TCG’s first Garden Arena Regional hits LA August 15 - signups open tomorrow

Registration for the first Azuki TCG regional opens tomorrow, July 15 at 10 AM PDT.

The first Garden Arena is happening August 15 in Los Angeles, hosted by CoreTCG. 256-player cap, $10,000 cash prize pool, and exclusive stamped prize cards - including a serialized Raizan for the Top 8. The Top 16 also qualify for the 2027 Azuki Invitational.

Every player gets 6 booster packs + 1 Regional Pack Wave 1.

Azuki TCG: 2026 Invitational Tournament Livestream! (Replay)

Azuki TCG’s first Invitational featured 64 players competing across Swiss and Top 8 for a $10,000 prize pool, with the event streamed live by TheEgman. Ducky won it all with Raizan, taking home $4,000 and the one-of-one Raizan Winner card.
