dealing with my dad trying to put his new son through school and having to show proof of residency. school says i should put him on a rental agreement to make it easier but I am unsure of all ramifications.
I have a really weird living situation with my dad. When my parents divorced, they put the property in my name and i took ownership of it. my dad still lives on the property in an adjacent house. several years later he had another kid and is now having to put the child through school. the school is asking for proof of residency and told me that i should put my father on a rental agreement so that i wouldn't have to go up to the school every year.
what i need advice on is if this is a good idea and what legal ramifications will i have to deal with by putting him on a rental agreement.

Just finished my first run, 230 hrs later, such a great game
The get together at the end was such an awesome cherry on top. Its so enjoyable to see characters actually exist and have lives after the events of the game. And i see why so many people love minsc and boo. Listening to him describe every party member so funny

Is buying the steam machine on release a smart idea? I've always been very reticent to buy stuff right when it releases
I've seen several products in the last 15 years release and not be a good product on release. This has caused me to not be willing to buy stuff when it releases and wait for them to fix it before I buy the product. I know Steam has been a very good company with what they put out, how safe is it to buy the steam machine on release?
