Did anybody else receive this?

So I received an email regarding the cash app and their borrowing feature. I decided to test it out, since I am not new to borrowing money from them and saw that they increased their repayment by 6 weeks? It's usually 2 weeks, or a whole month if you borrow more than $100+. Did anyone else get this or no?

Still In Shell Shock

Never had this much of an adrenaline rush in my life before, rooting for this team since I was a kid. And now that they've finally won it still seems surreal. This is a sugar rush 100x. 😫❤️‍🩹 anyone else attending the parade on Thursday?

Opinions on new UI?

So I decided to go back and review the DYCD participant page since the last time I ever did check it is when I was submitting my information.

I noticed the website making those changes to where us, the users, can see the status updates for our documents and in real time our provider approve, decline, or note the documents still waiting for review.

Now I went back, it seems like the UI of the entire website has been updated the last time I checked it (since February). What are your opinions on this? Do you guys seem to like it? Does it seem easier to navigate? Not only that, I just saw the worksite they gave me on there. Lol.

Underwhelming Worksite Options

So I've recently gotten an email earlier this week considering our worksite options since we couldn't do it in person, I checked the presentation and damn, I've never felt so...indifferent towards the options we've gotten throughout my time doing SYEP. Is it just me? Has anyone ever felt the indifference of the options your provider gives y'all to pick and choose? I guess with the amount of sites given to us this time, it feels pretty meh. I wanna hear your opinions.

In-Person Job Fair is canceled

I was waiting for the moment to finally go to my job fair hosted by my provider (B&G Club of Metro Queens) this Friday, only for them to say that it's canceled and that they're moving to a digital format. Last year it was in-person, and it was an experience to speak with the supervisors of these worksites. I wonder what made them go virtual this year? Perhaps with the amount of interns that applied? They said it was over 600. 🫢 I'm wondering, are your job fairs still going on in-person? Or has it always been digital?
