This happy little snail seems a little off…. Kind of “backwards” if you will…
I bought him, I HAD TOO… felt sorry for him. Paid $10.

A big Luna Moth… Pepsi can for scale. Its body was so large I had to notch the backer board and make it work. First one of these I’ve ever attempted.

My namesake here… The Bandiscootch! No testing needed here, We know what Mom and Dad are, as they belonged to a friend who gave him to us (and one of his full brothers to our son and his wife, I’ll share a pic of him at the reveal…
Anyway, from his coloration, it’s pretty obvious what 50% of him is… but what about the other half?
The Scootch is tall and lanky as an adult, over knee high on me and weighs about 40 pounds. He’s slab-sided and long legged and can run all day long. He will point a bird and shows interest in moving livestock, although I’ve never taught him to do either… and he LOVES PLAYING IN WATER!
Looking forward to any guesses….

Somehow I caught her mid-blink and mid smile! She’s a bit over 6 months old now, and we’re simply crazy about her!!!!
