Job hunting resources for Spanish Speaker?
My wife is from a Spanish speaking country and is working on her English, she's super skeptical about her ability to land a job because of it.
She has a degree in civil engineering and a degree (almost) in psychology with a focus in organizational behavior. Before moving here she did 3rd party inspections of construction projects. Shes really good at professionally telling people they goofed 😂😂
Any ideas/leads/references to headhunters out there? She's looking to stay in construction/building and likes the idea of OSHA since she had similar compliance duties previously.
I know the market is crap and maybe I need a reality check, but I’d take any advice for her!

Weird sea creature.
