I took my pups out to the West fork of the San Gabriel River.

I was lucky to get a day off on Friday. I spent the day looking for swimming holes for the dogs. It took a bit to find ones that weren't filled with trash. Unfortunately people around here treat our forest like a trash can. All in all it was a fun day. The dogs got to play a bunch.

I've had an interesting problem solved this week. Wyze doorbell blocked all RF remotes in the house.

My battery doorbell (mr_bvd) ran out of juice and I didn't charge it for a couple days. I just recharged and stuck it back on the wall and didn't think about my it again. I started to notice that my other RF based remotes stopped working. Ceiling fan, light switches, weather station all stopped working. I changed a couple batteries for nothing. I reset the doorbell and everything came back on. So I'm guessing this this thing has been trying to reconnect and by doing so it blocked everything else. I guess I need to listen to the warning about the battery being low. Peace.

Anyone drive with your inflatable filled?

I'm taking my dogs out and I'm thinking of filling it at home and strapping it to my truck. I have a truck rack that I strap my hard kayaks too. I'm driving 20-30 minutes on a freeway to the bay. I think it'll be easier to just pull it off, load up my dogs and float. One of my dogs can be reactive to other dogs so the less time on the beach the better..

Update.. I've decided to just fill it at the beach like I normally do. Not worth the risk. Thank you all for the responses. Peace.

I have a VESA mount in the outside of my trailer that I never use. My bedroom TV has the mount if I want to move it outside. I'm having trouble finding just the male side of the bracket. I hoping to rig a system where I can use it for an outside table. Nothing too heavy.

Has anyone ever used it for something other than a TV? Any thoughts?

I'm using tomato cages for my dahlia's this year

I'm experimenting with tomato cages this year. Last year I was constantly adjusting the stakes I used to keep them straight. I'm stoked that my first blooms are coming in straight and beautiful. I've caged 4 already and I'm going to get more this weekend. Peace

I got to hit a couple lakes in the Western Sierra's

I got the opportunity to take my pups to a couple lakes. This is the first time my new doberman pup got on the boat. He did fantastic. My other dog is my paddling partner. The lakes are Chilkoot lake and Bass lake. Both are around an hour from the hwy 41 entrance to Yosemite. The last pic is of a leach my brother picked off his leg. He got it at Chilkoot lake. Peace.
