Anyone here swapped their alt‑coins for Bitcoin?

I’m considering swapping my Ethereum for Bitcoin mostly for simplicity and long‑term storage. Has anyone here done this?

I know the replies will probably be somewhat biased, but is there any point in holding alt‑coins for long‑term investment?

Anyone here swapped their alt‑coins for Bitcoin?

I’m considering swapping my Ethereum and Solana for Bitcoin mostly for simplicity and long‑term storage. Has anyone here done this?

Is there any point in holding any alt‑coins for long‑term investment?

YouTube Picture‑in‑Picture mode is no longer working on Brave for iOS.

Is anyone else on an iPhone experiencing this?

I don’t recall updating the app recently, so I’m not sure what has suddenly caused it.

iOS Lockdown Mode vs GrapheneOS

Between an iPhone with Lockdown Mode and a Pixel phone running GrapheneOS, which offers more resistance to digital forensics?

Have either of these systems been breached in a real-world case, with data successfully extracted?

Anyone wear the Nike React X Rejuven8 sock‑less?

Probably an odd question, but does anyone here wear the Nike React X Rejuven8 sock‑less, particularly on warm summer days?

Is it comfortable? Do the feet become sticky?

I know WhatsApp allows moderators to view messages that users report. Does Signal have the same functionality?

Can GrapheneOS bypass an IMEI blacklist on a Pixel phone?

This is probably a stupid question, but would installing GrapheneOS on a phone with a blocked IMEI ever remove or override the block?

How has the iOS age verification update impacted everyone so far?

It’s been two months since the release of iOS 26.4, and I’m curious to know how the update has affected users.

For those who’ve updated but haven’t completed age verification, have you noticed any limitations or restrictions?

What should I know before starting boxing for non-competitive purposes?

I know pretty much nothing about boxing.

My main reason for joining is self-defence. I want to take it seriously and learn how to throw a punch, move quickly on my feet, and reach a point where I could hold my own against an amateur boxer.

Am I supposed to look for anything specific when choosing a boxing gym?

I’m in the UK, if that helps.

I’m very new to all this and definitely not tech-savvy, but I’m looking at switching to GrapheneOS and would appreciate some advice on the best setup.

At the moment I’m thinking of having two phones.

One would be for things that need real personal data, like banking, credit cards, etc. Ideally this would be an iPhone that still gets security updates but doesn’t support iOS 26 because of the new UK age verification stuff. The main reason for using an iPhone for this side of things is because GrapheneOS doesn’t seem to be ideal for banking apps, NFC payments, and similar features.

The second phone would be a GrapheneOS device for everything else that doesn’t need personal information tied to it.

I’d probably only have one physical SIM as well, which would stay in the GrapheneOS phone, then hotspot the iPhone when needed.

Does anyone else run a setup like this? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

I only recently found out about Dutch law enforcement seizing a server used by Windscribe’s VPN service, and I’m wondering whether the Netherlands is still a safe location to connect to, since it’s the default location for free users.

Also, what would happen if any of Proton’s servers were seized in the same way?
